Sharni Vinson, an Australian-American actor, dancer and actress born on 22 July 1983. She was born in Sydney Australia. Her debut as an actor came in 201 when she was asked to be part of the Australian Soap show Home and Away where she played a small role in two episodes. Her role was selected to play the leading character on the soap opera in Australia Home and Away as her performance on this particular part was so impressive that casting agents sought her to play various parts. She however did attempt to audition but was not selected instead on the same show, she played the character of Cassie turner who was the troubled teenage girl who was in foster care. Her character was highly liked by fans as well as critics of the show.
