Ally Sheedy
Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy (born June 13th, 1962) is an American actress. In 1983, after her first movie Bad Boys starring as a Brat Pack participant in WarGames in 1983 as well as The Breakfast Club '85 she was a well-known member of the group. Sheedy was awarded an Independent Spirit Award in 1998 for the best female character. This was due to her performance as Lisa Cholodenko in High Art. Ally Sheedy's is both an American writer and actress. The early 1980s were when she began her career as a film actress with the action film Bad Boys. She was highly acclaimed for the film. Rick Rosenthal was the director of the film in which other actors were also prominent such as Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown Alan Ruck. The actress was on screen in The Breakfast Club in 1985 which was a comedic drama that followed her initial success. John Hughes' film is thought to be among the top high school film ever made. Even though the budget of the film was just $1 million, it made more than $50 million in profits. While she was doing this, her debut on television took place on CBS Schoolbreak. The show was for teens that began to air in April of 1980. She also appeared on other television shows like Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid as well as Hill Street Blues. Recent appearances include Little Sister, a film featuring a superhero where Sheedy is an appearance in a minor role. Sheedy's amazing performances have won many awards, such as her MTV Movie Award of Silver Bucket of Excellence Award.
