Ina-Garten
Ina Gardner is the author of numerous famous American cookbooks on cooking. Ina also hosts Barefoot Contessa on Food Network. The show is on since 2002. Ina began working for the White House as a writer of documents on nuclear energy and also the budget. In the beginning, she found her work as stimulating intellectually, but eventually lost interest and purchased a tiny food specialty store named Barefoot Contessa. She spent eighteen years making the shop extremely popular prior to selling it and picking up the pen and writing her first cookbook. Several other books and magazine articles followed. Between them, her Food Network show was also a success. In addition, she offers products including food-related ingredients, storage containers and equipment. Ina is a self-taught cook who has not gone to a cooking academy, nor worked in the kitchen. Ina's easygoing style of entertaining and her straightforward cooking style are well known. Her most famous recipes are Skillet-Roasted lemon chicken as well as Beatty's Chocolate Cake Mac & Cheese Beef Bouguignon and Balsamic Roasted Brussels Sprouts & Lemon Bars.
